NOT ORIGINAL lamps are being sold to be installed on I.SO SOLARIUMS. Lamps, as well as filters and reflectors, are the fundamental element for the definition of their own irradiance. Choosing these components for each single I.SO ITALIA equipment is a result of accurate controls, measurements, verifications time after time and certifications by external bodies, in compliance with ETL,FDA,TUV marks in order to offer a warranty of the product , a certainty for the users and a constant, excellent quality.

Are you aware of the risk you run when using a NOT ORIGINAL LAMP?

Replacing a lamp with a not original one (thus tampering with the electric / mechanic fixing systems) can cause several serious consequences which can heavily tamper:

1. The correct functioning of the solarium
2. The acknowledgment of the warranty
3. Safety of the final users
4. Responsibility of the salon manager
5. The possibility to reinstall original ISO ITALIA lamps.

1. The correct functioning is tampered on two fundamental aspects:
   
   
   • The Electric one, since the instruction "REMOVE/TAKE OUT" the central stop of the electric contact on the reflector hooking can cause (almost for sure) false electric contacts which, if urged for a long time, can overheat the contact itself and at worst create a beginning of fire that can involve the whole equipment.
   • The radiance since NOT ORIGINAL lamps do not have any warranty or any declaration saying that they emit the same irradiance which once it is filtered by the other components of the solarium can keep the same exposure times.
   
   This operation will not anymore give the possibility to reutilize the ORIGINAL LAMPS unless you replace the whole reflector where the electric contacts have been installed.


2. Should the above mentioned operation be done during the warranty period, the warranty will immediately lose its rights refusing all responsibility for any kind of malfunctioning arising in connection with the lamps and to all the other components of the equipment.


3. The above mentioned consequences coming from the replacement of lamps with not original ones, can jeopardize the safety of the final users which will end up using a not anymore safe equipment not corresponding to the characteristics declared by the manufacturer (I.SO ITALIA) than can anytime cause dangerous situations for the final user.


4. The salon manager must really realize that the utilization of not original spare parts leads to the automatic termination of all the certifications given to the device. This means that the salon manager/owner will take upon himself all the responsibilities of negative situations that may arise from his irresponsible behavior.
   I.SO ITALIA is asking all its customers to always distrust the utilization of NOT ORIGINAL LAMPS, such as the mentioned one or even other kinds which ( even if can apparently look the same ) may hide dangers inside.


5. Once the safety hooking has been broken, if you want to go back using the original I.SO ITALIA lamps, you need to replace the reflector.

Always distrust all kinds of proposals that, even if apparently very profitable, do not show the contraindication which can be very serious, sometimes.
